TransCityRail North continues to bring together the leaders from across the region responsible for delivering the Northern Powerhouse Rail for a lively and engaging conference, networking dinner and panel discussion covering devolution, infrastructure investment, supply chain engagement, Digital Railway, diversity, freight, Northern programmes and HS2.
The event was a huge success for the speakers, delegates and sponsors who took full advantage of the day through networking, addressing the audience and visiting the exhibition.
Paul Griffiths, Managing Director, HS2 Phase 2, said:
“TCR gives us that opportunity to really develop relationships with the supply chain”; while Andy Haynes, Contracts and Procurement Director at Network Rail, commented: “TCR gives us a great opportunity to meet SMEs – I’ve had half a dozen people queuing up to have a conversation with me and I have a fist full of business cards”.
TransCityRail North has always exceeded our expectations: each year drawing a bigger and better crowd of rail industry decision-makers. The 2017 instalment was no exception – in fact, it was a complete sell-out; playing host to almost 1000 key players from across the industry, converging to discuss contracts, procurement and strategy for Northern Powerhouse Rail.
TransCityRail North gives you the opportunity to engage with major contractors and the wider supply chain; gaining clear, concise, business-critical information on how organisations just like yours can do business with the region’s stakeholders, Network Rail & HS2. The fifth instalment of TransCityRail is already scheduled for 4th Oct 18 so contact the team on: 0161 833 6320 or email to book early and make sure you are there.
